Everything Berkshire discloses owning
Three different things, from three different disclosure schedules: the U.S.-listed equity portfolio (13F, quarterly), cash and short-term Treasuries (10-Q, quarterly), and five Japanese trading-house stakes that never touch a 13F at all (disclosed irregularly). Each section below is labeled with where its numbers come from.

Positions without a ticker badge are shown by CUSIP — usually a brand-new position the site's local ticker map hasn't been updated with yet. The issuer name (from the SEC filing directly) is always correct regardless.
Cash & equivalents
Why it's separate: a 13F only discloses U.S.-listed long equity positions. Berkshire's cash pile — mostly short-term Treasury bills — is reported on the balance sheet in its 10-Q, not the 13F, so it's tracked here from that filing instead.

Combined estimated value: — as of — — treat as a floor, not current; these positions have grown since.
Why it's separate: Itochu, Marubeni, Mitsubishi Corp, Mitsui & Co, and Sumitomo Corp all trade on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, not a U.S. exchange — foreign-listed holdings never appear in a 13F. Berkshire discloses stake changes irregularly (shareholder letters, occasional press statements) rather than on a fixed schedule, so this table is maintained by hand rather than pulled automatically.
